Salon Policies
CANCELATION POLICY: We appreciate 48 hours notice, but require 24 hour cancellation notice. If the 24 hour cancellation is not met, when scheduling your next appointment a $50 deposit will be required for your next appointment and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. This fee also applies to no shows as well and must be paid in full before re-booking. Repeat offenders will be asked to provide debit/credit card information before booking and will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.
COLOR GUARANTEE: We guarantee all our color services when the proper care is in place. If you are not using our recommended products, purchased from the salon, we void our color guarantee and you will not be issued a refund or redo. We take pride in our work and want the best for your hair, and to ensure the health of your hair, and the longevity of your color we provide you with the products we believe in custom to your needs.
REFUND POLICY: We guarantee our color, if you believe something is not up to our standards we must be contacted and made aware of the situation within 3 days of the service, and come back into the salon to be evaluated and fixed if necessary within 7 days from the date of service. Refunds will not be given but we promise to make it right!
LATE POLICY: If you are up to 15 mins late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to perform your entire service that day. Anyone late past 15 minutes is not guaranteed their appointment that day and may need to reschedule.
